    Eligibility:

    Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in original packaging.

    Non-Returnable Items:

    Sale items, gift cards, and custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned.

    • Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
    • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item was defective or incorrect.

    Exchanges:

    • Eligibility: Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item, email us at [your email address] with details and a photo of the defect.

    Exceptions:

    • Custom services and perishable goods are non-refundable.
    • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

    Return Instructions

    Step 1:

    Step 2:

    If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your return.

    Step 3:

    Package your item securely and include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Workshops & Events

    Full Refund: Attendees can cancel their registration for a full refund up to 14 days before the event or workshop start date.

    Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 14 days and 48 hours before the event or workshop will receive a 50% refund.

    No Refund: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event or workshop start time will not be refunded.

    Cancellation by Organizer:

    • If we need to cancel or reschedule an event or workshop, attendees will receive a full refund.
    • Alternatively, attendees can choose to transfer their registration to a rescheduled date or a different event or workshop of equal value.

    Rescheduling:

    • Attendee Requests: Attendees can request to reschedule their participation up to 7 days before the event or workshop start date. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
    • Organizer Rescheduling: If the organizer reschedules the event or workshop, attendees can choose to attend the rescheduled event or request a full refund.

    No-shows:

    • No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows or for missed portions of the event or workshop.

    Refund Process:

    • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original method of payment.
    • Attendees will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

    Exceptions:

    • Certain special events or high-demand workshops may have different cancellation and refund policies. These exceptions will be clearly stated at the time of registration.
