Susie is a nature-lover and Co-Active coach-in-training with a deep commitment to mental wellness. She’s passionate about creating gentle, nourishing spaces where people can slow down, feel safe, and reconnect with themselves.

We are excited to collab with Dingyu, our yoga instructor for a new collection of outdoor workshop!

Non-Tech × Tech Gathering|Grounding · Be Present

Maybe we’ve all been in our own little universes for too long—the same coworkers, the same talking points, the same rhythm.

This time, we’re bringing people from different backgrounds to truly sit together—tech and non-tech, career-shifters, freelancers, and the simply curious. We’ll start with an hour of Yoga Flow + Meditation to settle the mind, then move into two hours of well-held, clearly bounded conversations that gently help us step out of our bubbles and see one another, our surroundings, and our shared context from fresher angles.

There’s no pressure to “perform.” You can speak—or not. Laugh out loud—or simply listen. You’re invited to move at your own pace. Every choice will be respected.


How We’ll Help Each Other Step Out of the Bubble

* Guided Conversation Cards: Skip the default “What do you do?” and begin from values, curiosity, and real feelings.

* Listening Practice: Short, interruption-free listening to see the same topic from a new angle.

* Journaling Wrap-Up: Capture what you’re seeing anew so it can keep unfolding in daily life.


What You’ll Take Away

* Grounding & Ease: Yoga Flow + Meditation led by Dingyu. All levels welcome.

* Real Connection: An intimate circle of 8, where everyone can be seen and heard.

* Fresh Perspectives: Cross-industry dialogue to nudge you beyond familiar grooves.

* Portable Strength: 5–10 minutes of writing to gift your insights to your future self.

* 1:00–1:15 Opening & Intention Setting

* 1:15–2:15 Yoga Flow + Meditation (music prepared by Dingyu)

* 2:15–2:25 Mini Journaling Practice

* 2:25–3:55 Group Sharing | Rotating Conversations | Gentle Reflections

* 3:55–4:00 Closing & Wishes


Event Details

* Date: Sat, 9/20, 1:00–4:00 PM

* Location: Foothills Nature Preserve (Los Altos Hills)

* Group Size: Limited to 8 (small & deep connections)

* Bring: Yoga mat, water, sun protection/light layer; wear comfortable, easy-to-move-in clothing

* Who It’s For: Anyone wanting to exhale, meet friends from different fields, and step out of habitual viewpoints

* Cell reception is limited in the preserve—please download maps before you go.

* Aim to arrive 10 minutes early to settle in and greet the space.

* Parking fee may be required (subject to park policy).
